Fees

When making the decision about placing a loved one in a care facility there are many issues to consider. We know that price is one of them, and we’re upfront about our pricing. It’s important to us that you know what the costs will be and what is covered under the plan you select for your family member.

The following plans are available:

Essential Care

Fully furnished room
All meals and snacks, including special diets
Daily maid service
Daily linens and laundry services
Assistance with dressing, grooming, shower, oral and hair care
Medications set up and dispensed

Private Room: $3550 per month
Semi-Private Room: $2850 per month

Essential Care with Incontinence Plan

All the services of Essential Care, plus:

Hands on personal assistance every two hours. Supplies are additional.

Private Room: $3950 per month
Semi-Private Room: $3250 per month

Comprehensive Care Plan

Provides all the services of Essential Care with Incontinence Plan, plus:

Hands on feeding assistance
Two to one staff to client ratio for all activities of daily living

Private Room: $4200 per month
Semi-Private Room: $3500 per month

Hospice Care Plan

All the services listed under Essential Care with Incontinence Plan and the services of the Comprehensive Care Plan, plus:

24-hour a day bedridden care
Coordination of hospice care with the licensed Hospice Agency of your choice

Private Room: $4500 per month
Semi-Private Room: $3850 per month

We also offer Respite Care

Respite care can be used to provide a break for the caregiver, for times when the caregiver is away from the home or simply to try our facilities. Respite care is offered on a space available basis.

Daily Respite Care rate: $135
